Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India only.

Shipping Charges

• Prepaid Orders: Free delivery across India

• Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹100 extra (non-refundable)

The COD charge covers additional handling and logistics costs and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped via India Post or its associated services.

Once dispatched, the shipment is fully handed over to the courier partner, and delivery timelines are subject to their operational conditions.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day

Estimated Delivery Time

• 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch

• Delivery timelines may vary based on:

  • Location

  • Local post office operations

  • Weather conditions

  • Regional or national disruptions

These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS, WhatsApp, or email (where available).

Tracking updates depend entirely on the courier partner’s system.

Delivery Disclaimer

Bellaloungewear is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by India Post

• Missed delivery attempts

• Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer

• Delays due to festivals, strikes, natural events, or regional restrictions

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier, it will be considered successfully delivered.

COD Delivery Responsibility

For Cash on Delivery orders:

• Customers must be available at the delivery address

• Repeated refusal or non-availability may lead to:

  • Cancellation of future COD orders

  • Permanent restriction on COD option for the customer

Address Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeline:

• We will assist in raising a request with the courier partner

• Final resolution depends on the courier’s investigation process
