Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

No Returns. No Refunds.

Bellaloungewear follows a strict no-return and no-refund policy.

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, dislike of product, incorrect address provided, or delay caused by courier partners.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to this policy in full.


Replacement Policy (2-Day Window)

We offer replacement only, and only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged

  • Product received is defective

  • Incorrect item received

  • Size issue (if applicable)

Eligibility Conditions

To qualify for a replacement:

  • A request must be raised within 2 days (48 hours) of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • All original tags, labels, and accessories must be intact

  • Valid proof of purchase is required

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will be automatically rejected.


Replacement Request Process

To request a replacement, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery:

You must share:

  • Order ID

  • Clear images and/or video showing the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, replacement instructions will be provided.

⚠️ Products sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Replacement Approval & Dispatch

  • Replacement approval is at the sole discretion of Bellaloungewear

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, replacement will be processed

  • Dispatch timelines may vary based on stock availability

  • If the product is unavailable, an alternative or store credit may be offered at our discretion

  • No cash or bank refunds will be issued


Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or wear and tear

  • Color, texture, or minor design variations due to lighting or screen differences

  • Sale items, discounted items, or gift cards


Shipping & Courier Disclaimer

Bellaloungewear is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Damage after delivery confirmation

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

Once an order is marked as Delivered by the courier, responsibility transfers to the customer.


Payment & Fraud Disclaimer

Payments on Bellaloungewear are processed via the Razorpay payment gateway.
Any payment failure, technical error, or unauthorized transaction must be resolved with the payment provider.

Bellaloungewear is not liable for:

  • Payment gateway downtime

  • Bank or wallet processing delays

  • Fraudulent attempts initiated by the customer


Chargeback & Dispute Policy

In case of a payment dispute or chargeback:

  • This policy will be submitted as legal proof of agreed terms

  • Delivery confirmation, product images, and communication logs will be used as evidence

  • False or abusive claims may result in permanent account suspension
