Payment-Bella Lounge Wear is providing a world-class payment gateway by the ‘Razorpay’ web payment gateway- application which is known for its secure and safe features of customer privacy handling policy and user-friendly payment modes. Any discrepancies or error occurred on normal transactions should be acknowledged and escalated to the concerned application team. All rules and conditions of payment applications must be followed by reading the instructions and policies.

Any error or fraudulent attempt activity done by the customer will be handled by the payment application owner and Bella Lounge Wear will not have any responsibility for any such related issues.

Refund: Products cannot be returned or refunded. Due to current Covid-19 Pandemic restrictions and strict health and safety guidelines of the company for public health concerns Bella Lounge Wear will Not-accept any product returns due to a change of mind as long as the received product is not found to be defective on arrival. However,  if the product received is found to have damage or size issues, the customer can ask for an exchange. 

In order to be eligible for an exchange  you have to return the purchased product within two days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received.  Once the returned products are received and accepted, exchanges will be processed at the earliest and we will notify you once this has been completed, through email.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

3.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Bellaloungewear will not accept returns due to a change of mind as long as the received product is defective on arriving. Need video proof of unboxing original package and to be shipped back to us within 15 days of receipt of item and are returned to us in original packaging.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. Once returns are accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on store credit.

If the product is damaged after arriving in any way, or you have initiated the return after 15 calendar days have passed, or you have not sent an original unboxing video of the product, you will not be eligible for a refund. Return shipping will be paid by the company for damage or manufacture defective items.

(Bellaloungewear) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid normally for every order we cost an average of Rs.120 for shipping even if we offer free shipping for some products, in case of return we do not refund the shipping cost Rs.120. If the order is Cash on delivery COD charge 50 will not refund in case of return of order.

3.2 Warranty Returns

Bellaloungewear will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Bellaloungewear to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

Delivery Terms
4.1 Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days ( Currently facing delay due to Covid-19 restrictions for home delivery by all modes of shipping due to government protocols for safety and public health concern. Customers are requested to follow Covid-19 safety guidelines by local-bodies and Please cooperate with us for the situations accordingly.

4.2 Transit time Internationally

Currently we donot support international shipping, only Indian buyers can purchase products.

4.3 Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days.

Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping

Bellaloungewear will not ship to P.O. box addresses. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

4.6 Military Address Shipping

We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

4.7 Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items immediately and send the remaining items once they return to stock. information will be addressed by email or whatsapp message accordingly.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded

If delivery time has exceeded the foretasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.

Tracking Notifications
Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in the destination country. This varies by country, and Bellaloungewear encourages you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to Bellaloungewear at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

9.1 Process for parcel damaged in-transit

We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.
